We process this personal data in connection with the processing of your request, as it is necessary for us to fulfill our part of the transaction The data will be stored for 3 years – after which the data will be deleted.

Processing of personal data – consent
If you have ticked the box “yes, I consent to you contacting me by email with newsletters or offers”, we will process your email address and information about your purchases with us until it is no longer relevant. In practice, this means until you inform us that you no longer wish to receive emails from us.

You can always withdraw your consent. You can do this either by using the link at the bottom of our emails or by contacting us at [e-mailadresse] and stating that you no longer wish to receive our newsletters and offers.

We only collect personal data in cases where it is relevant to us, and we will only collect personal data if it is relevant to your activity at Silicon Valby. When collecting, processing and using your personal data, we always comply with all relevant legal regulations.
